About the job
Responsible for verifying orders for Office Use by performing the duties listed in "Essential Duties and Responsibilities."
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviews Office Use order issued by physicians or other authorized provider and ensure all regulatory restrictions (Mid
level practitioner Controlled Substances procure by state, license type, commercial product, B to A shipments, and Office
Use states) have been met before moving the order to QA2 fulfillment.
• Ensure the order has been entered correctly (drug, provider, shipping address, ship type, ASD, and DEA for controls) by
the Customer Service technician.
• Ensure any product limitation (i.e., Max Qty, waitlisted, or short dated) has been addressed and enough label(s) have been
selected if applicable before moving the order to QA2 fulfillment.
• Make sure to check the pop-up note screen for any pertinent information and make corrections if needed.
• Correct any error(s) that can be performed in QA1 or kick the order back to Verification Grid if Customer Service
technician is required to follow up on the order.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with groups of employees within the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to use a computer for daily work tasks.
REASONING ABILITY
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
• Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Current Nevada Pharmacy Technician License required along with a copy of the most recent Nevada Law Continuing
Education Certificate.
