Senior Outside Sales Representative

Location: Huntsville, AL | Full-Time | Outside Sales | Building Materials

Are you a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and delivering results?
Join Wilson Lumber Company, where our mission is to build a successful company that upholds Christlike principles and inspires people to grow. We're looking for a Senior Outside Sales Representative to develop strong partnerships with local builders and remodelers, sell lumber and building materials, and help fuel our growth in the Huntsville area.


What You’ll Do

As a Senior Outside Sales Representative, you’ll own the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You’ll act as a trusted partner to builders and remodelers, helping them succeed with top-quality materials and responsive service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sell lumber and building materials to local builders and remodelers
  • Build and grow new customer relationships
  • Service and retain existing client accounts
  • Read and interpret blueprints to prepare material estimates
  • Manage the full sales process: prospecting, quoting, selling, and follow-up
  • Visit job sites regularly to provide hands-on support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
