Job description

Order Fulfillment Associate
Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
7860 N 106th Ave, Suite 170, Glendale, AZ

The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for closing and preparing all outbound orders from the warehouse, including Surplus Orders, Repairs, and RMAs coming from the PLC Center QA Production Department. This role ensures all items are accurately processed, properly packaged, and meet Radwell quality and shipping standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure items are clean, quantities are correct, and conditions match Pick Tickets
• Remove all previous labels except OEM labels
• Protect monitor screens with cardboard to prevent scratching during shipment
• Coil and secure cables using cable ties prior to packaging
• Use chip foam to protect pins and sensitive components from damage
• Ensure all repair orders include proper work reports and required documentation prior to invoicing
• Package surplus and repair units with exposed circuitry using protective ESD Mylar bags
• Package units without exposed circuitry using protective pink bags
• Work closely with Order Resolution Associates to address discrepancies
• Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the packaging and fulfillment process
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Metrics and Measurements
• Maintain a goal attainment level of 100% based on established performance metrics
• Failure to maintain at least 85% for two consecutive months may result in MRS action
