Order Fulfillment Associate | Home Depot

The Delivery Puller Associates are responsible for loading orders onto trucks, delivering orders to the appropriate location and unloading orders. The level of service they provide is vital to the overall business of Home Depot because many times they are the last associate to interact with a customer. The condition of the product upon delivery and the timeliness of this delivery can largely shape the customer service experience for many of Home Depots high volume customers. It is essential that the Delivery Puller Associate gain familiarity with the products, product location and store layout to provide the most efficient and highest quality service to our customers. Driving through the communities that surround our stores, they must uphold Home Depots core values and project a positive image to the residents of these communities. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and following Home Depots safety policies and procedures are critical to performing the duties of this role.
