Job description


SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for ensuring accurate picking of product, operating an Order Picker and forklift, conducting inventory checks, restocking products, maintaining a clean work environment, and following company safety policies. Base pay + commission. Must pass background screen, physical and drug screen.

SIGN-ON BONUS:

$500 Sign-On Bonus!

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, payable after the successful completion of 90 days of continuous employment. To qualify, employees must remain in good standing, which includes maintaining satisfactory job performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies. Employees who separate from employment or are subject to corrective action prior to completing 90 days of employment will forfeit eligibility for the sign-on bonus.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Accurately picking of products.
  • Operate order picker and sit down forklift. 
  • Conduct inventory counts and restock products into the correct location
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Responsible for using scanner/ handheld devices and interact with warehouse management software. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED, strongly preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Dependable with excellent time management skills
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens
  • Reliable transportation to work each day
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team player attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday though Thursday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM
  • Friday, 9:00AM-1:00PM


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift weights ranging from 15 to 80 pounds

  • Must be flexible and able to work overtime as needed
