Job description

Mood Fabrics is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Warehouse Team in Lodi, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime and occasional weekend availability as needed.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Picking and prepping customer orders for Fabric, Buttons, Notions and Trim-Inventory and Fulfillment 
  • Receiving shipments, cycle counts, etc.
  • Utilizing our Inventory Control System to view and complete orders
  • Escalating inventory matters to an Order Fulfillment Specialist as needed
  • Building rapport with coworkers across departments to facilitate clear and honest communication in a supportive and professional manner.


You must have the ability to learn:
Our inventory standards, layout, and organization
Inventory Control System
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Numbering Scheme
previous inventory experience a plus

  • Requirements:
  • Great communication skills (oral and written)
  • English proficiency required
  • High attention to detail, especially inventory counts
  • Ability to keep track of multiple components of the same order
  • Ability to problem solve as needed
  • Basic Computer Knowledge 
  • Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/Google Drive a plus
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Inventory experience, or related industry experience, is a plus
