Job description

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of APH Distribution operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. This role supports our commitment to delivering the right parts at the right time while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This is a full-time position ideal for dependable team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and service.

First Shift Hours with both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and complete customer orders within assigned warehouse zones
  • Prioritize and pull expedited orders to meet established shipping timelines
  • Ensure all products picked are in appropriate condition for shipment
  • Adhere to safety standards, including ensuring tote weights do not exceed 50 lbs
  • Monitor product locations and report discrepancies or stocking issues to a Supervisor
  • Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping
  • Perform other distribution and warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment
