Customer Service Representative:

Our company keeps growing! We continue to add senior leadership, recently to our Operations Center and Customer Experience team.

Our goals this year include an improved experience for our customers lead by innovative and service minded leaders. That is where you come in!

We are looking for upbeat, clever, and thoughtful candidates who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service with each customer interaction. Our Customer Service Representatives are on the front line of making sure our customers receive best in class service with their needs. You’ll be the voice of our brand and responsible for providing information to customers in response to inquiries. Our Customer Service agents play a key role in our continued growth and reputation for providing first class service, so we understand the importance of investing in our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer care by responding to customer’s calls
  • Resolve customer issues and offer solutions in a friendly and positive manner
  • Cultivate relationships and act as liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Make outbound calls to customers for shipment confirmation and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track shipments on ticket orders for customers and problem solve

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service oriented role
  • Helpful, patient and friendly attitude with a drive to take on new challenges and learn
  • Must be comfortable working on a computer and have ability to type 50 words per minute
  • Ability to show empathy toward customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and positively represent the Vivid Seats’ brand
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule - some weekend and evening shifts are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
