Job description

Summary
Join our team in the Anchorage Division, where you will play a key role in supporting our customers by accurately fulfilling warehouse orders, maintaining an organized work environment, and contributing to a culture of safety and teamwork. We provide a stable and consistent Monday-Friday schedule 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime.
This role is ideal for motivated self-starters, individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and enthusiastic about contributing to team success. We value employees who take initiative, embrace learning, and seek opportunities for advancement.

Essential Functions
Primary Duties
  • Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
  • Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
  • Assist with updates to orders, product substitutions, and communication with sales staff when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
  • Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
Secondary Duties
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
  • Break down and recycle empty cartons.
  • Remove debris and non-recyclables.
  • Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.
• Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.
• Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
