The Customer Order Support Specialist supports the Accounting and Operations Support Manager. Daily activities include order entry, customer support and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customer orders received via email, telephone, fax or other online Metso systems.
Provide customer order support via email and telephone
Works with Logistics or Customer Service to assist with customer needs or paperwork preparation
Raises customer concerns to appropriate department with possible assist with resolution
Coordinates with Customer Service on warranty orders
Manage office supply inventory
Skills Needed:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office a must)
Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
Strong customer support skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
