Job description
Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a growing team in a high-volume support environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience in order entry, inventory coordination, or product-based customer support. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through resolution.
What You'll Do
- Manage 50–100 customer tickets daily, primarily via email
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system
- Validate inventory and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and professional communication
What We're Looking For
- Experience in order entry, customer support, or a product-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and think critically to solve problems
- Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively
