Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Newly Increased Pay Rates – Benefited and Non-Benefited Options Available
Location: The Gardens at Orangeville – Orangeville, PA

The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisor, ensuring our residents receive compassionate and professional support.

Pay
  • Pay Rate: $30.13–$31.63 per hour, depending on experience

  • Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour

  • Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour

  • Weekend Shift Differential: +$5.00 per hour

Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate.

Shifts Available
  • Full-Time and Part-Time:

    • 7am - 3pm

    •  3pm - 11pm

    • 11pm - 7:30am

  • PRN

Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under RN supervision.

  • Provide basic medical care, including changing dressings, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.

  • Monitor residents’ health, document observations, and communicate changes promptly to nursing leadership.

  • Promote a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
