Job Description:

This fantastic opportunity to be a fun, energetic and pro-active Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including staff management, scheduling, discipline and coaching; food prep, safety, quality, taste and presentation; and kitchen function and maintenance. Must be an exemplary team leader and motivator as well as an excellent communicator and teacher. The right candidate will be a master of all mechanical functions, as wellโ€”the total package!

Job Duties:

ยท Develop and standardize recipes

ยท Design food presentation aesthetics

ยท Plan and direct food prep and culinary activities

ยท Review food and beverage purchases

ยท Effectively delegate work to ensure an efficient kitchen

ยท Maintain kitchenโ€”arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

ยท Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards

ยท Recruit and manage kitchen staff and remain mindful of payroll budget

ยท Perform other duties as assigned
