Oral Surgery RDA | Align Oral Surgery | San Antonio, TX

We're Align Oral Surgery, a growing dental group in San Antonio, and we're looking for an RDA who's ready to do more than sit in one chair at one location. This is a traveling role covering our San Antonio and Austin area locations, and we're looking for someone who's energized by that, not intimidated by it.

You'll have a consistent schedule, full mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, and Saturdays that wrap up by 3pm.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting with orthodontic and/or oral surgery procedures chairside
  • Setting up, breaking down, and sterilizing treatment rooms between patients
  • Taking radiographs and keeping patient charts accurate and current
  • Making patients feel comfortable and well-informed from the moment they sit down
  • Managing lab cases and quality-checking incoming lab work
  • Supporting scheduling and re-care so patients leave with their next appointment booked
  • Following all infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols
