About the Role
Lead Oracle EBS technical design, development, integrations, and production support. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across core EBS processes - Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Record-to-Report.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Oracle EBS solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, open interfaces, workflows, and custom objects.
Architect integrations between EBS and external systems (Shopify, Salesforce, 3PL, WMS, EDI, tax engines, middleware).
Provide techno-functional support across Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Purchasing, Receivables, Payables, GL, Manufacturing, and RMA.
Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design; support SIT/UAT, go-live, and hyper care.
Lead a technical team - code reviews, standards, and delivery quality.
Troubleshoot production issues across transactions, interfaces, and workflows.
Maintain technical design docs, integration specs, and RCA documentation.
Support EBS/DB upgrades, patching, and cloud migration initiatives.
Required Skills
10+ years in Oracle EBS technical development and production support.
Strong EBS R12/12.2.x architecture experience.
Expert-level SQL/PL/SQL, performance tuning, and debugging.
Experience with EBS APIs, open interfaces, concurrent programs, Forms Personalization, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, EDI, and middleware.
Experience leading onshore/offshore technical teams.
Strong communication skills - technical-to-business translation.
Preferred Skills
EBS 12.2.14 / Oracle DB 19c experience.
Cloud migration experience (OCI, AWS).
Middleware tools (MuleSoft, OIC, Workato, Boomi).
eCommerce/fulfillment platform experience (Shopify, Salesforce, 3PL, WMS, Avalara).
Multi-org, multi-currency, multi-brand environments.
Oracle APEX/ORDS and custom app development.
Familiarity with modern AI/GenAI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering); experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to accelerate PL/SQL development, code review, or documentation.
Working knowledge of building AI-powered applications (LLM API integration, RAG, or AI agents) is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $140,000-$165,000 USD
