§ Can demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving.
§ Can demonstrate examples of their own work product. (Images of forms/pages, reports, scripts will be beneficial)
§ Can demonstrate clear understanding of complex situations in simple terms.
§ May have implemented Oracle EBS modules (but not necessarily a requirement).
§ Is current on Oracle developer tools and technology stack.
§ Has experience working on projects.
§ Has experience working in a production support role.
§ Able to work independently, without direct supervision.
