This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN
This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, forecasting, budgeting and compliance. As a Senior Analyst, you will be an Oracle EPM Application Administrator on the Financial Applications team. You will report to the Sr Manager, Financial Systems. Your focus will be on operational administration, production support, and continuous improvement of Hilton's Oracle EPM Planning PropPlan and Daily Revenue Reporting (DRR) applications. You will provide front-line system support partnering with Operations Finance, FP&A, and IT partners to ensure system availability, data accuracy, and resolution of user issues across global regions.
You will blend hands-on EPM administration, help desk production support, and finance cycle enablement, supporting both monthly/annual planning processes and daily operational reporting.
What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Administer Oracle EPM Planning applications supporting Budget, Forecast, Weekly Forecast, Actuals, for the PropPlan and Daily Revenue Reporting (DRR) EPM Applications.
  • Perform the daily, weekly and monthly administrative activities to support the business cycles and operational reporting needs.
  • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot data loads, batch processes, and automated jobs affecting both PropPlan and DRR environments
  • Support Smart View connectivity and web access for both PropPlan and DRR users

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Serve as a primary responder for both the PropPlan and DRR Helpsdesk tickets. Activities. Diagnose, triage, and resolve user-reported issues including reporting discrepancies, data latency or missing data, access and security questions and version/scenario availability
  • Collaborate with global Finance users, providing status updates and resolution guidance
  • Partner with FP&A, Operations Finance, and regional finance teams to ensure system readiness during critical close and audit periods

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Maintain end-user guides, quick reference guides, and training materials for PropPlan and DRR
  • Identify recurring help desk issues and recommend system or process improvements
  • Support testing and validation for Oracle EPM updates, enhancements, and feature changes to PropPlan and DRR applications
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Three plus (3+) years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM Planning applications
  • Experience supporting production finance systems
  • Experience with planning dimensions and hierarchies, budgeting, forecasting, and daily revenue reporting and Smart View for Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience supporting operational reporting, or audit-facing finance systems
  • Experience in a global, multi-entity environment
  • Experience supporting SOX or audit-controlled environments
