NAVA Software solutions is looking for Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer
Details:
Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer
Location: Chicago, IL- Hybrid (3 days a week)
Duration: 12 months
PeopleSoft Technical HCM Developer. Need to have a lot of experience with North American Payroll, Payroll tables, code applications engines, troubleshoot applications engines and someone who can do defect resolutions. Write something that would integrate data between PeopleSoft and Workday. Someone who could be a conversion lead. Conversion experience out of Workday into PeopleSoft. This person could potentially have to take over the conversion. Combo of new development and a lot of defect resolution and maybe some integration work - flipping info between Workday and PeopleSoft. Definitely going to program on PeopleSoft. Strong Oracle, SQL Skills. 85-90% PeopleSoft. Workday is helpful.
Project Overview:
Client is in the process of migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. This project includes Talent Management, Time Keeping, North American Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation Management and Global Payroll integrations. There are over 100 integrations associated with this effort.
Looking for a strong PeopleSoft HCM developer to assist with resolving conversion defects and creating extracts from PeopleSoft for Workday EIBs.
Works well independently and has strong problem solving skills

  • 8+ Years of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode
  • Understands PeopleSoft HCM table structures
  • North American Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, Time and Labor, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting
  • Previous Experience with PeopleSoft to Workday conversion and data mapping preferred
  • Able to turn around defects efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Works well under pressure
