Job Description: Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Consultant Location: 100% REMOTE Length: 3 months Start: ASAP Interview: Video Objective: Integration between Taleo and HCM; knowledge of requirements of integration stack and deploying integration in OCI. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Consultant to lead and support the integration between Taleo and Oracle HCM Cloud, including the deployment of integration solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for a hands-on consultant who can deliver quickly within a short-term engagement. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions between Taleo and Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Analyze and validate business and technical requirements related to Taleo-HCM integration.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Taleo (Recruitment) and HCM modules (Core HR, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or other Oracle middleware tools to deliver robust integrations.
  • Manage integration lifecycle from development, testing, deployment, and support within OCI.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all integration solutions meet data security and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
  • Strong expertise in Taleo and Oracle HCM integration, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
  • Proven experience deploying integrations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Understanding of security protocols and authentication (OAuth, SAML, etc.) for Oracle applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud or Taleo certifications.
  • Experience with Agile or iterative project methodologies.
