ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic Leadership & Architecture


  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and technical authority for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Financials, SCM, Procurement, Product Management, and PPM modules
  • Define and own the Oracle Fusion technology roadmap, aligning system capabilities with long-term business strategy and digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead architectural design decisions for enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Evaluate emerging Oracle Cloud features and recommend adoption strategies to drive competitive advantage
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business objectives into scalable, innovative Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for Oracle Fusion configuration, customization, and integration


Advanced Configuration & Technical Expertise


  • Design and implement sophisticated Oracle Fusion configurations across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with complex business requirements
  • Architect and optimize subledger accounting rules, custom workflows, approval hierarchies, and advanced financial close processes
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, proactively identifying and resolving critical issues to meet aggressive timelines
  • Create advanced custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud
