Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist to support and enhance our organization's EPM platform. This role requires immediate contribution across planning applications, integrations, calculations, and platform operations. The position is for a senior-level individual contributor who can be productive with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support and enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning/PBCS, Essbase, PCM, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDM.
  • Build and maintain complex calculations and business rules using Essbase, Groovy, and MDX.
  • Develop and support data integrations using Data Management / Data Exchange and ODI.
  • Support configurations, metadata, security, and operational controls across EPM environments.
  • Validate and reconcile data loads to ensure accuracy and downstream integrity.
  • Support forecasting, annual planning, and ongoing financial modeling.
  • Perform system testing, regression testing, migrations, and environment refreshes/cloning.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and Oracle Support.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable models, forms, and reports.
  • Contribute to the execution of the EPM roadmap aligned to Finance Transformation.
