As an Associate Inside Sales Executive, you will support Oracle Health's Central sales organization by identifying, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities within existing enterprise and prospect accounts. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you will engage directly with customers, execute territory-based sales campaigns, and contribute to pipeline development by converting qualified leads into active sales opportunities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.33 to $30.24 per hour; from: $40,200 to $62,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 75/25.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Oracle Health Central Prime sales organization by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within assigned and prospective accounts.
  • Execute targeted prospecting activities through customer outreach, account-based campaigns, referrals, marketing-generated leads, and other business development initiatives.
  • Review, qualify, and validate inbound and outbound sales leads, converting qualified leads into active sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, field sales representatives, and cross-functional teams to advance qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, customer events, industry conferences, and other business development initiatives as appropriate.

Objective Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment such as sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and communicate effectively with customers. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
  • Location: Candidates must reside within Central Region (Midwestern United States)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience prospecting and qualifying opportunities in a B2B and/or B2C sales environment.
  • Experience supporting territory development, sales campaigns, lead generation, or account-based selling initiatives.
  • Experience engaging customers through direct outreach, networking events, trade shows, or other business development activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and uncover new business opportunities.
