Job Description Summary
The Oracle ERP Lead is responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions across Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated ERP capabilities. The Oracle ERP Lead provides technical and functional leadership to internal, contract, and offshore team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP solution delivery, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across Finance (FAH, GL, AP) modules.

  • Collaborate with business product owners and cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment to translate business needs into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle ERP capabilities, module functionality, integrations, data models, security, and extensibility tools (e.g., OTBI, BIP, APEX, PCS, OIC).

  • Lead technical and functional design sessions, define architecture standards, and drive solution roadmaps across Oracle ERP platforms.

  • Oversee development and integration efforts using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and related tools.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor team members on Oracle configuration standards, best practices, and development guidelines.

  • Recommend solutions that balance cost, business value, scalability, and system maintainability.

  • Lead data migration, conversions, and integration architecture across enterprise applications, both on-premises and cloud.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies, SOX/ITGC controls, and organizational governance requirements.

  • Oversee the work of onshore/offshore analysts and developers; may include direct people leadership.

  • Keep pace with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud updates, quarterly releases, and new product capabilities.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate technical or functional workshops.

  • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and database teams to support performance optimization, environment management, and release coordination.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP experience (Cloud/Fusion or EBS) in Finance, SCM, HCM, or multi-module environments.

  • Expertise in Oracle ERP configuration, functional design, and cross-module process flows.

  • Strong experience with:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): VBCS, PCS, REST/SOAP adapters

  • Data management tools: SQL, PL/SQL, Redshift

  • Reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View

  • 3+ years of experience with ERP data models, workflow design, and master data management.

  • Understanding of SaaS/PaaS cloud architecture, Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles, and environment strategy.

  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control (Bitbucket or Git), deployment automation, and code migration processes.

  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OCI/OIC, or middleware platforms.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of analytics, reporting strategy, and enterprise data warehouses.

  • Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS professional certifications.

  • Experience within financial services.

  • Experience with big data or real-time integration architectures.

Compensation
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $111,000 - $140,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (list locations that are applicable). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
