We are looking for a senior-level engineer with strong Splash BI & Oracle EBS Finance experience who can step in immediately, protect ongoing delivery, and operate with minimal hand-holding in a complex Finance IT environment.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Splash BI Expertise

  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Splash BI in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Splash BI data models, cubes, and reporting structures
  • Ability to optimize Splash BI performance for large Finance datasets
  • Experience supporting Finance stakeholders

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Finance

  • Deep experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules, such as:
    • GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management
  • Strong understanding of EBS table structures and data relationships
  • Ability to extract, transform, and reconcile EBS financial data for BI/reporting use cases
  • Experience working with EBS customizations and extensions

Data & Integration Skills

  • Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, performance tuning, reconciliation queries)
  • Experience building data feeds from Oracle EBS into BI platforms
