Job description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking an Oracle Federal Financials Lead Architect to own the technical architecture of the client's Oracle Federal Financials environment, operated as a shared service serving multiple agencies and roughly 19,000 user accounts. This role sets the architectural direction for the platform and its integrations, resolves complex technical issues, and guides system changes so the environment stays stable, secure, and audit-ready. This is a designated key personnel position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture of the Oracle EBS/Federal Financials environment, including how the platform integrates with the surrounding ecosystem of 30-plus internal and external systems.
  • Define interface requirements, manage connectivity, and resolve compatibility issues across Treasury and other federal and commercial systems.
  • Recommend architectural improvements and guide configuration changes and system upgrades to prevent disruption and maintain interoperability.
  • Provide senior technical direction on complex issues escalated across sub-ledgers, ledgers, interfaces, and financial reports.
  • Ensure data security and compliance are built into architectural decisions, supporting the client's authorization and audit requirements.
  • Partner with the functional, master data, help desk, and program leads to align architecture with operational needs and the release schedule.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience, with significant time in Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, integration, or technical lead roles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining interfaces and integrations for enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to provide direction to other analysts and developers.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Oracle Federal Financials in a federal shared service environment.
  • Familiarity with Treasury integrations (for example, GTAS, CARS, IPP, G-Invoicing), Oracle Integration Cloud, and ServiceNow-managed change control.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrades, federal security/ATO processes, and audit support.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
