Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Work closely with business users in Aerospace domain to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide solutions.
  • Perform technical configurations, customizations, and enhancements within Oracle EBS R12.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces, conversions, extensions, and reports (RICE components).
  • Support production issues, bug fixes, and end-user queries (L3-level functional & technical support).
  • Ensure smooth integration with upstream/downstream aerospace applications.
  • Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and UAT cycles.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Aerospace business stakeholders to ensure process compliance and improvements.
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 - Techno-Functional expertise.
  • Financials Modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
  • Techno-functional experience → SQL/PL-SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflows, APIs.
  • Mandatory Aerospace industry experience (Aviation, Aerospace Manufacturing, or Aerospace & Defense).
  • Strong in requirement gathering, solution design, testing & deployment.
Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)
  • Exposure to Oracle SCM modules (PO, OM, Inventory) beneficial.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher, Discoverer, OAF, Oracle Workflow.
  • Experience with Upgrades / R12.2.x migration.
  • ITIL/ServiceNow ticketing exposure.
  • Strong communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7+ years Oracle EBS experience with R12 Financials.
  • Proven Aerospace industry background (must-have).
  • Oracle Certification is a plus.
