Job Summary:
Cymertek Corporation is seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle DBA (Database Administrator) to join their team. The role involves managing and optimizing Oracle database systems, ensuring reliability and performance, implementing backup strategies, and collaborating with teams for effective database management.
Responsibilities:
• Install and configure Oracle databases
• Manage database backup and recovery processes
• Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Implement and enforce database security measures
• Create and maintain database schemas and structures
• Support database migrations and upgrades
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Expertise in Oracle database tools (e.g., RMAN, OEM)
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning
• Experience with database replication technologies
• Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Ability to write and debug database scripts
• Install and configure Oracle databases
