Job Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for managing the metrics and data that provide better, more meaningful insights on sales pipeline and marketing channel effectiveness for company events.

The role will assist marketing and executives on analyzing campaign strategies and/or provide in-depth analysis of business results, trends and customer behavior to improve sales, profitability and customer value.

The candidate must have a nice blend of Strategy & Analytics within both the Digital and traditional CRM space (direct mail & email) and must be hands on with tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python for data mining and analysis.

Responsibilities
Analyze data and create reports, dashboards and visualizations using a wide variety of tools including Tableau, Eloqua, and Oracle OBIEE
Define and implement measurement techniques to assess marketing effectiveness across all channels - direct mail, email, webinars, web, SEM, etc.
Proactively pursue strategic analysis and provide insight and strategic guidance to business leaders.
Analyze database health and KPI's related to audience quality
Track behavioral and demographic trends across customer segments and manage analytic delivery tools (i.e. - dashboards, etc).
Effectively communicate analysis to internal business leaders

Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Database Marketing, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or other Quantitative discipline. Advanced degree or experience equivalence preferred
3-4+ years of enterprise level B2B marketing with proven success in managing multiple analysis and campaign/data-related initiatives, crafting the methodology, mining/analyzing data, and ultimately delivering final insightful recommendations
Strong experience with CRM systems and a solid understanding of data warehouse architecture.
SQL knowledge with proven utilization and application preferred.
Experience with Dashboards and data visualization tools is preferred such as Tableau and Oracle OBIEE
Expert with Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
Expert with enterprise-level analytics tools such as Siebel, Hyperion, Epiphany.
Proficiency with Data Mining tools e.g SPSS Clementine, SAS, Spotfire Miner.
Broad and deep knowledge of business metrics/scorecards, campaign analysis, experimental design, segmentation solutions, modeling applications, media evaluation, forecasting & financial calculations (ROI customer valuation), , customer strategy development, etc.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience understanding and presenting complex quantitative analysis to business partners and senior management.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously.
Evident and natural curiosity.
Fact driven and analytically minded.
Marketing automation experience, such as Eloqua, Marketo or Hubspot is a plus but not necessary
