Summary of Role:

Manage a regional pricing team by directing and guiding activity to fulfill quoting responsibility and other pricing related initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage a regional pricing team by directing and guiding activity to fulfill quoting responsibility and other pricing related initiatives. Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance. Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability. Monitor and evaluate pricing team performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and customers and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.

Supervises 3 subordinates - pricing quoters

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Education - Master's degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent

Experience - 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any business finance/engineering related job titles. Applicants must possess at least 3 years of experience in the following: (1) performing annual/biannual refreshes of pricing guidance for quoting new business; (2) Market and financial analysis, business lead approvals and technical system refreshes: (3) price optimization and customer negotiation support; (4) Collaborating across Product and Sales to set price guidelines for wafer and non-wafer revenue streams aligned to market and to internal long-range financial metrics; (5) semiconductor manufacturing industry to effectively collaborate and guide leadership decision making across Finance, Product and Commercial teams; (6) Semiconductor manufacturing finance -business analysis and recommendations considering price, volume, capacity, CAPEX and ROIC; (7) Oracle CPQ, Dynamics

CRM including operating legacy systems and leading the design and implementation of new systems; and (8) Oracle CPQ, Dynamics CRM including operating legacy systems and leading the design and implementation of new systems.

Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned GlobalFoundries office location.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $186,659 -$ 189,000/year
