Job description

Role: Oracle Cloud MDM Project Management
Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite
Contract Role
Job description:
We need someone that can hit the ground running and is proactive with day-to-day activities.
The person will be focused on the Master Data workstream within the Oracle Cloud Program.
Key Responsibilities
IT Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for Oracle Cloud MDM and related enterprise applications
  • Manage project execution using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies within IT governance frameworks
  • Track and report project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to IT leadership
  • Ensure adherence to IT controls, architecture standards, and SDLC processes

Oracle Cloud MDM & IT Systems Delivery
  • Manage IT delivery of Oracle Cloud MDM domains (Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, Financials)
  • Coordinate technical design, configuration, integrations, and testing across systems
  • Oversee data migration, data quality remediation, and environment readiness
  • Partner with Oracle Cloud technical teams, solution architects, and system integrators
  • Manage integrations with ERP, data warehouses, middleware platforms, and downstream applications

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Serve as an IT point of contact for Oracle Cloud MDM initiatives
  • Collaborate with business data owners while maintaining IT ownership of delivery
  • Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators
  • Facilitate technical design reviews, sprint demos, and release readiness sessions

Risk, Security & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks related to data security, system performance, integrations, and availability
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise IT security, privacy, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on access controls, environments, and deployments
  • Manage change control, release planning, and post-implementation support transitions

Change Management & Adoption
  • Partner with IT service management and business teams on deployment and support models
  • Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to operations teams
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready and supported by IT run teams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise systems
  • Direct experience managing Oracle Cloud Master Data Management implementations
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, system integrations, and cloud-based applications
  • Experience working within IT governance, SDLC, and change management frameworks
  • Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, ITIL, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Master Data
  • Familiarity with data quality tools, integration platforms, or enterprise middleware
  • Experience leading global or large-scale IT transformation programs
  • Background in regulated or security-conscious environments
