    CITITRENDS is seeking an IS Systems Engineer (M365 & Azure Platform) to join our growing IT team!

    What You'll Do
    As an IS Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and advancing our enterprise technology platforms:

    Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
    Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, SSO, conditional access, RBAC)
    Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
    Strengthen security, compliance, and governance across M365 and Azure
    Support endpoint management (Intune/Endpoint Manager) and enterprise device strategy
    Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution
    Build automation solutions using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency
    Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects, support store technology, and enhance user experience
    Support AI enablement (Microsoft Copilot) with a focus on governance and adoption

    What We're Looking For

    3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment
    Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
    Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and modern device management
    Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI a plus)
    Knowledge of security & compliance (DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery)
    Experience supporting cloud migrations and modernization initiatives
    Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred)
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    Relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related experience AND;
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience directly supporting:
      • Enterprise server environments (Windows Server, iSeries, Hyper-converged, VMWare Virtualization, etc.) OR;
      • Enterprise network systems & protocols (Firewall, Router, SDWAN, Radius, DHCP, DNS, NAT, NAC, VPN, Vulnerability and Penetration testing, etc.) OR;
      • Enterprise applications & databases (Active Directory, Group Policy, MS SQL Database, Oracle Database) OR;
      • Store systems environments (POS updates/rollouts, POS & Central Server Management, Payment Systems, etc.)
