PM, Network, Help Desk, Application Support for Housing Authority Management Applications, Inc., a leading provider of Managed IT Services and Network Management, Design and Implementation is seeking High-Level IT Professionals for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to provide maintenance and support of its technology infrastructure as well as other information technology services. MAI has a great need for specialized application support: Application Management Services - Emphasys Elite Elite is the business application used by HACLA's Section 8 Department. The application is maintained by a combination of Xerox staff, HACLA staff, and Emphasys' technical support

The Elite environment consists of several components including SQL Server 2008, VMWare, Citrix, etc. The Service Provider shall support, manage and enhance the Elite environment. The resource provided by the Service Provider should have significant experience in applications business analyst role.

The resource should have experience in gathering user requirements, producing formal business requirements and functional specifications and have strong understanding of relational database concepts. Application Management Services - ORACLE eBusiness Suite (EBS) EBS is the Enterprise Resource Planning system used by HACLA. The application is maintained by a combination of Xerox staff, HACLA staff, ad-hoc resources from the Applications Software Technology Corporation, and ORACLE's technical support.

The EBS environments consists of several components including Linux Servers and ORACLE's Weblogic Middleware, etc. The Service Provider shall support, manage and enhance the ORACLE environment. The resource provided by the Service Provider should have significant experience in applications business analyst role.

The resource should have experience in gathering user requirements, producing formal business requirements and functional specifications and have strong understanding of relational database concepts.
