What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions.
- Manage a dynamic requisition load of 25-30 roles simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies, and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes.
- Act as a utility player, seamlessly jumping between technical, sales, and marketing roles as business needs evolve.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
