Position Summary
The Application Developer designs, develops, and modifies functionality in new and existing business applications. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing, upgrading, supporting, and maintaining business applications. Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components, and ensures the successful implementation of system enhancements. Requires one week of 24/7 call every 3 weeks.
Location: Remote (Must be MN or WI resident)
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
Experience:
Required -
*Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in PeopleSoft development and support of business applications.
*Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in PeopleSoft development and support of business applications in lieu of degree.
Preferred -
*Experience in the following PeopleSoft Modules preferred: HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Self Service, ePerformance, eCompensation, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, ELM
*PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58 or later.
*Systems implementation and or upgrade experience.
*PeopleSoft Administration
*Experience with any of the following applications a plus: UKG,Taleo,OnBase, Boomi, Oracle Analytics Server, HighJump.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Required -
*Knowledge of PeopleSoft products and tools that can be applied using various PeopleSoft techniques, methods and processes (e.g. Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, DataMover, SQR, Component Interfaces,BI Publisher, APIs, Cobol, nVisionI, PS Query).Working knowledge of relational database systems, Oracle preferred.
*Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects & work requests simultaneously.
*Strong SQL skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
*Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Preferred -
*Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and web client technologies desirable.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
