Dice is aiding their customer in search of an experienced TechnoFunctional Oracle Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle ERP modules while also performing lighttomoderate technical tasks such as SQL queries, data validation, integrations, and troubleshooting. This role bridges business requirements with Oracle system capabilities and ensures successful delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and production support.

Job Description:

  • Business requirements analysis Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
  • Oracle module configuration Configure Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, or others depending on the organization).
  • Technofunctional troubleshooting Diagnose issues across functional workflows and underlying data structures.
  • SQL and data validation Write SQL queries to analyze data, validate transactions, and support issue resolution.
  • Integration support Work with APIs, middleware, or interface tables to support inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Testing & QA Develop test scripts, support UAT, and validate system changes.
  • Documentation Create functional specs, configuration documents, and training materials.
  • Production support Resolve tickets, troubleshoot issues, and support monthend or business cycles.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration Work with developers, DBAs, business analysts, and business users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 - 18+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional or TechnoFunctional Consultant
  • Handson experience with one or more Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, Projects)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP workflows, setups, and configurations
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, or ADF
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, OIC)
  • Certifications such as:
