What You'll Be Doing
- Serving customers across service channels with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Quickly identifying issues and delivering accurate, helpful resolutions
- Keeping detailed records of interactions and following up when needed
- Working closely with teammates to handle complex or escalated situations
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience (service, retail, hospitality - it all counts)
- Strong communicator who listens as well as they talk
- Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Reliable, punctual, and genuinely customer-obsessed
