Hampton Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Bay City, Michigan. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Hampton Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform vital signs.
