We are a privately owned, community-focused practice serving the friendly university towns of Moscow, Idaho, and Pullman, Washington. Our dedicated team includes two ophthalmologists and one optometrist, providing comprehensive eye care services that include primary vision care, medical optometry, and surgical co-management. With two established clinics equipped with modern technology, we are known for our personalized, high-quality care and strong patient relationships.

Your Opportunity

We are excited to welcome an OD to take a leading role in developing and expanding our Pullman location. Position Highlights
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a base range of $150,000 - $170,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus linked to collections. Our OD consistently exceeds their base pay by meeting patient care goals, reflecting both their dedication and the strength of our model.. $10K sign-on bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage of licensure fees, AOA dues, and malpractice insurance.
  • Supportive Environment: Collaborate closely with two ophthalmologists and another optometrist, with mentorship opportunities in ocular disease management and surgical co-management.
  • Flexible Schedule: Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred, but part-time will be considered. Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities.
  • Independence & Growth: Take charge of your clinic at our Pullman location, building a practice that suits your professional goals and interests.
  • Diverse Caseload: Provide full-scope optometry care, from routine eye exams and specialty contact lenses to managing ocular disease and post-surgical care.
