WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Eye care or medical assisting experience would be preferred, but we will train the right person. Being bilingual would be a bonus! We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • English fluency, but Spanish fluency is a plus!
  • Computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Ability to work on your feet throughout your shift
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
This full- or part-time medical position requires evening and Saturday availability. The schedule is as follows:
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

As our Optometric Technician, you'll warmly greet patients, perform basic tests like vision checks and eye pressure measurements, and accurately input their information into our system. You'll assist with contact lens training, educate patients on their eye care needs, and lend a hand wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.
