Join an established optometry practice with locations in Kirkland and Bellevue offering comprehensive eye care services, including exams, myopia management, dry eye therapy, and vision therapy. You'll receive structured training, work closely with practice leadership, and have the opportunity to grow your skills across clinical, optical, and office operations.

As the Assistant Office Lead, you'll help lead the team and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll coach employees, improve workflows, manage key office priorities, and help the practice reach its goals. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Assistant Office Lead Duties:
  • Support daily clinic operations and keep patient, provider, and team schedules running smoothly
  • Lead, coach, and support team members across patient care, technician, and optical functions
  • Identify workflow challenges and create or improve processes to keep the practice running efficiently
  • Monitor scheduling, inventory, attendance, equipment, and other key office needs
  • Partner with practice leadership on team goals, performance, training, and continued improvement
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., approximately 36 hours a week
Pay: $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience

Assistant Office Lead Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in an optometry or eye care practice
  • Experience supporting or working across patient care, clinical, optical, or front office functions
  • Leadership experience, including training, coaching, or mentoring team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scheduling, priorities, and multiple office needs
