This full-time Optometrist opportunity offers the chance to support six respected locations in Nevada across Family Eyecare Reno and Sparks, Eyezones-Midtown, Eyezones-West, Eyezones-South, and Arlington Eye, each serving its own patient community while sharing a commitment to high-quality, comprehensive vision care. This role is ideal for an Optometrist who enjoys making a meaningful impact across a broader network of patients and colleagues.

Why join us?

Family Eyecare Reno and Sparks, Eyezones-Midtown, Eyezones-West, Eyezones-South, and Arlington Eye come together as a connected group of six practices serving patients across the Reno-Sparks area with a shared commitment to high-quality, comprehensive vision care. Each location brings its own patient community, team culture, and day-to-day rhythm, while collectively offering access to innovative eye care technology, collaborative clinical support, and consistent standards for an exceptional patient experience. Together, these practices are focused on expanding access to care, developing strong teams, and becoming the leading optometry practice network in the market.

What you'll do:

As a full-time floater Optometrist working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., you’ll provide essential coverage across all six practice locations, supporting vacations, leaves of absence, and staffing needs while maintaining continuity of patient care. Who you are:

You’re a compassionate, adaptable Optometrist who brings strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and a patient-first approach to every exam. In this full-time floater role, you’ll provide comprehensive optometric care across multiple Reno-Sparks practice locations, performing thorough eye examinations, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and helping each patient find visual solutions that support their eye health, lifestyle, and overall experience. The ideal candidate is licensed in Nevada, residency trained, and has at least two years of prior experience, along with the flexibility to adjust to varying patient volumes, team needs, office workflows, and practice environments while staying current on industry trends, new products, and lens technologies. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
