We are seeking an Optometrist to join this spectacular team in Sun City, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is looking to establish a full-time practice with a primary focus on routine exams. You'll have the support of an Optical Technician and Eye Care Professionals at this location, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
  • Fit and prescribe contact lenses
  • Manage ocular diseases and perform surgery co-management
  • Address patient concerns, including emergencies and pediatric care
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality eye care
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary starts at $150,000, with the potential for increases based on patient volume and productivity.
  • Opportunity for monthly bonuses through product sales (glasses, contacts) estimated between $800 - $1,000.
  • Additional bonuses are available for Retinal Photography Screening and Post-operative Refraction, providing further earning potential.
