Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify each client's mental health concerns, tailoring treatment strategies as needed.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, while adapting techniques based on the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on families and couples navigating complex emotional and relational issues. You will work with clients who present with various conditions, including anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and other family dynamics that impact their mental health and overall quality of life. By implementing a systemic approach to therapy, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive change within family units.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • An empathetic and nonjudgmental demeanor that supports clients in sharing their experiences and challenges.
