Position Summary
Responsible for advancing Beusa's digital culture across Field Operations by driving the adoption of Data and AI tools and enabling data-informed decision-making. This role identifies technology gaps and digital opportunities, leads training on software, dashboards, and applications, and refines processes through the DT Intake Process. The position also serves as the data owner for data-driven products, partnering with Data Governance, AI, Operations teams, and customers to achieve shared digital objectives.
Essential Functions (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Work closely with Field Operations, Engineering, and Asset Integrity teams to advance technology adoption in alignment with Beusa's Digital Culture.
- Identify data, technology, and process gaps and collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to evaluate and implement opportunities involving applications, software, automation, dashboards, training programs, and data-driven processes across Field Operations.
- Manage and support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of EVO's Vibration Monitoring Strategy for frac pumps, blenders, and other critical equipment.
- Partner with field teams to establish vibration-monitoring requirements, support sensor deployment, interpret health insights, and promote proactive maintenance and asset reliability.
- Regularly visit field locations to support technology deployments, conduct hands-on training and demonstrations, and identify and address operational gaps.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Beusa's technology stack and identify ways to bring data, insights, and information closer to operational decision points.
- Facilitate equipment analytics with immediate operational impact, including equipment performance, vibration trends, fleet-move analytics, and efficiency metrics.
- Support the continuous development and implementation of Beusa's data strategy, including the deployment of emerging technologies across fleet operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Position Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Overtime may be required and in person, predictable attendance in The Woodlands, TX.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
Education/Experience Level
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems or a related field
- 3-4 years of practical experience in field-focused engineering, technical, or analytics roles within the Oil & Gas (Frac & Power)
- Experience with Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, and related cloud data environments
- Proficiency in Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
- Experience driving user adoption, training, and Change management for digital tools and platforms
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience in equipment reliability and vibration monitoring technologies.
- In-depth expertise in Field Operations digital technologies, with a proven ability to improve asset reliability through monitoring tools and software such as vibration monitoring systems
- Own assigned digital product/s end to end, including UI, data workflows, reporting, operational adoption, and AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of asset reliability principles and maintenance best practices in Frac and Power Generation environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across all organizational levels.
- Highly self-motivated and independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Employees are frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, and squat or kneel. The employee works primarily indoors and will be sitting for prolonged periods at a desk while typing on a computer, whether in a home office, corporate office, client office, or jobsite. The employee must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. When required to visit a wellsite, the work environment may include exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio levels up to 85 dB, inclement weather, and extreme temperatures (both hot and cold). Given these conditions, employees visiting a pad site are required to wear company-mandated and company-issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including Category 2 fire retardant coveralls or Category 2 shirt/jeans combination, safety hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and designated safety gloves according to role. Employees must strictly adhere to all safety policies, including the Companies' Life Saving Rules and procedures at all times. Employees must be able to independently lift 25 lbs.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
