Job description

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is the fastest-growing commercial real estate company in the country. We are looking for a self-motivated Publications intern who will collaborate in researching and writing highly compelling content pertaining to the commercial real estate industry. The objective of this internship is to learn the ins and outs of content marketing. This role will allow for ongoing collaboration with other departments to create content that contributes to the success of the Matthews™ brand.
The Publications intern will aid in conducting research for various markets and regions nationwide, providing solid research methodology for reports and articles. Interns will assist the Publications department in day-to-day tasks, including:
  • Research for content
  • Writing Blog Posts & SEO-Content
  • Contribute to producing client-facing materials
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Conduct research to support content planning
  • Tasks related to content release, including content website uploads and email campaigns

This role is currently available to a highly motivated individual who has an interest in writing, can execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative work environment, and apply your fun, positive, and hard-working attitude to professional endeavors. Experience or interest in SEO is also a plus. This internship will run through the Fall of 2025, with the potential to extend to the winter.
