Job Summaryย
The SEO Specialistย is responsible forย developing a localized SEO strategy and executing core SEO deliverables for their assigned automotive dealersย on a monthly basis. The SEO Specialist must effectively communicate and collaborate across the rest of the SEO and Content team, as well as the Sales and Customer Success Team, to drive revenue, client retention, and exceptional performance as measured by L2Tโs SEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).ย
Responsibilitiesย ย
- Implement andย maintainย SEO strategies such as keyword research, onsite optimizations, local citation management, and more.ย ย
- Execute all pre-defined SEO tactics for assigned book of businessย on a monthly basisย
- Provide audits, recommendations, and strategies for continued SEO campaign improvement for clients and prospective clients.ย
- Respond to SEO client requests accurately and inย a timelyย fashion.ย
- Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and search algorithm updates.ย
- Understand and apply all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)ย
- Pace SEO tactical work evenly throughout the month, ensuring all clients receive regular updatesย ย
- Ensure all SEO work is imported into client-facing performance dashboard by month endย
- Provide ongoing education within the SEO department and to Sales/CST in the form of insights bulletins, newsworthy updates, and trainingย
- Complete account relatedย tasks asย assigned by your manager within the givenย time frame.ย
Education Requirementย ย Required Skillsย ย - 6+ months of relevant experienceย
- Experience with SEO software such as BrightEdge,ย AHrefs, and SEMrushย ย
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console experience preferredย
- Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlinesย ย
- Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products as well as advanced problem solving and analytical skillsย
- Strategic thinking with the ability toย come up withย new, creative solutionsย ย
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationshipsย ย
- Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracyย
- Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes,ย timeframes, performance expectations, organizationalย cultureย or work environment.ย

The salary for this full-time position is $50,000 โ $53,000.
