Job description

Future Partner Track | Delivery & Revenue Transformation Leader

Employment Type:
Fractional Leadership Engagement --> Full-Time Managing Director Path

This role is intentionally structured as an initial fractional leadership engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with Optimax leadership during the first 90 days to establish delivery ownership, build trust, and demonstrate the ability to scale client delivery operations.

Following a successful initial engagement, the role is expected to transition into a full-time

Managing Director position with expanded leadership responsibilities and long-term growth

opportunities.

Compensation: Initial Fractional Engagement

Expected commitment of approximately 20 hours per week during the first 90 days.

Compensation will be based on experience, expertise, and ability to operate at the executive

leadership level required for the role.

Following successful completion of the initial engagement, both parties will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role with expanded scope, compensation, and long-term growth opportunities.

About Optimax

Optimax is on a mission to become the most trusted Revenue Operations and Go-To-Market

Transformation consulting firm in North America.

Over the next three years, we are building toward a $50 million revenue business by helping B2B organizations modernize their revenue engines, unlock operational scale, and create predictable growth. Our clients range from venture-backed startups to established enterprises investing hundreds of thousands - and increasingly millions - of dollars into revenue transformation initiatives.

We believe the future belongs to firms that can bridge strategy, systems, data, process, AI, and execution. While many consultants provide recommendations, Optimax builds the operating systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

Our vision is to become the category leader in modern Revenue Transformation by combining world-class advisory services with deep technical execution. We help organizations align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations around a single growth engine.

We are not looking for employees.

We are looking for builders, operators, and future leaders who want to help define the future of Revenue Operations consulting.

The Mission

Optimax has proven demand.

The next challenge is scaling delivery beyond the founder.

We are seeking a Managing Director, Revenue Transformation who can evolve into the operational leader of our delivery organization.

Your mission is to help transform Optimax from a founder-led consulting firm into a scalable

Success in this role will be measured not only by client outcomes, but by your ability to help build a delivery organization that can scale without founder dependency.

You will initially lead complex client engagements while simultaneously helping build the systems, frameworks, methodologies, and team required to support Optimax's long-term growth.

Why This Role Is Structured This Way

We believe great partnerships are built through results, trust, and mutual alignment.

Rather than immediately filling a full-time executive position, we are intentionally beginning with a fractional leadership engagement that allows both Optimax and the successful candidate to validate fit, leadership style, and long-term potential.

The expectation is not to remain fractional indefinitely.

The expectation is to build toward a long-term leadership relationship as Optimax continues to scale.

For the right person, this role represents a clear path toward becoming one of the key leaders responsible for shaping the future of the company.
