• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with a wide range of urgent care needs, employing strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving our care.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving cost-effectiveness and quality of care through active collaboration with other medical professionals.
• Accept patient referrals and serve as a consulting physician for those requiring hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, adapting to the diverse needs of both patients and the hospital.
• Ensure meticulous documentation that meets insurance requirements, and promptly appeal any denials to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consults for specialty services, which may include participating in on-call schedules to manage urgent cases.

As a Physician Assistant at Optim Medical Care Services, you will serve a varied patient population. This includes individuals with acute medical conditions, routine health checks, and follow-ups for ongoing health management. • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• A valid Physician Assistant license (PA-C) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A commitment to a team-oriented approach in a performance-driven healthcare setting.
• A valid DEA number is required.
• While a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred, candidates with a Bachelor's degree will still be considered.

• Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience in a hospital environment, demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with our varied patient demographics.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
