What You'll Do

As one of the first and last people our patients interact with, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience by:

Helping patients select frames and lenses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style

Educating patients on premium vision solutions including Neurolens®, blue-light protection, digital lenses, polarized lenses, and specialty coatings

Taking precise measurements to ensure accurate eyewear fabrication

Adjusting, fitting, repairing, and troubleshooting eyewear

Processing insurance claims and submitting accurate laboratory orders

Confirming appointments and scheduling follow-up optical visits

Managing recall opportunities for patients due for eyewear updates

Building lasting relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals

Collaborating with doctors and teammates to ensure exceptional continuity of care

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of optical dispensing or optical sales experience preferred

Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and premium optical products

Excellent sales and relationship-building skills

Outstanding customer service with a compassionate, patient-first approach

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Uncapped optical sales commissions
