You'll be an important part of the candidate experience-making outbound calls, confirming interest, scheduling appointments, following up with candidates, and helping keep our interview pipeline organized and moving forward.
No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training is provided.

As a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Make outbound calls to warm candidates who have already expressed interest
