Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes:

  • DentaPro software for efficient management.
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units.
  • Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced precision.
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
  • Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications

We expect candidates to possess the following:

  • DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
  • Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
